I'm an experienced Product Designer based in Toronto, with more than 10 years of experience in digital content, strategy, and SEO, and 4 years of hands-on UX/UI design, plus at least a decade of freelancing in web and graphic design.
My work focuses on creating inclusive, data-informed experiences that balance business goals with user needs. I'm passionate about designing with accessibility and usability in mind, ensuring every solution aligns with the WCAG standards and heuristics so it works for everyone.
At Rogers Communications, I have driven accessibility initiatives and designed AI-powered tools that help agents work more efficiently, from automated pre-selections to call summary generation.
My recent work includes navigation redesigns, AI-assisted call summary flows, complex authentication experiences from the beginning of the projects, and design system contributions.
